Delete your Aha! Math account

Last updated: August 15, 2026

You can delete your Aha! Math account and the data stored with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. From inside the app

  1. Open Aha! Math and sign in.
  2. On the home screen, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  3. Answer the short question that checks a grown-up is present.
  4. Read what will be removed, then tap Delete my account again to confirm.

2. By email (if you have already uninstalled the app)

Send a message to arc-matsumoto@arc-edu.com from the email address you used to sign up, with the subject “Aha! Math account deletion”. We will delete the account and reply once it is done, normally within 7 days.

What is deleted

These are removed immediately and permanently. There is no way to restore them afterwards, and we keep no backup copy of them.

What is not deleted

Your subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Subscriptions belong to your Google Play or App Store account, not to Aha! Math, so this app cannot cancel one for you.

Please cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (or Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone/iPad). If you delete your account without cancelling, billing continues.

Where your data is stored

Aha! Math keeps your account and study history on your own device only. We do not run a server that holds them, and they are never sent to us. That also means removing the app from a device removes the data on that device, and that data on one device cannot be deleted from another device.
